This is not an emergency channel

Ailin is not an emergency service, crisis service or hotline, and this support address is not continuously monitored. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, stop using the app and contact the local emergency service where you are physically located, or a verified crisis resource in your country, or ask a trusted person nearby for immediate help.

Ailin is also not a medical provider. We cannot assess symptoms, give medical or mental-health advice, or tell you whether a sensation is caused by anxiety or by a medical condition. For those questions, please speak with an appropriately qualified professional.

What helps us answer faster

the app version (Settings → About) and your iOS version;
your device model;
the language the app is set to;
what you expected to happen and what happened instead;
for a purchase question, the Apple receipt or order ID from your email.

Please do not send medical records, diagnostic documents, government identification numbers, payment-card details, passwords, or anything else we do not need in order to handle your request.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Ailin PRO and Ailin PRO+ are auto-renewable subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store. Apple — not Ailin — processes payment, renewal and billing, so most subscription questions are resolved fastest through Apple.

Manage or cancel a subscription

On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Ailin, and choose to change or cancel the plan. Apple’s step-by-step instructions are at support.apple.com/118428.

Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restore a purchase

If you reinstalled the app or moved to a new device, open the subscription screen in Ailin and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase. Restoration depends on Apple’s transaction records and the active entitlement.

Refunds

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies and applicable law. Ailin cannot issue an App Store refund directly. Submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing here limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited where you live.

Planned United States prices are $9.99 / month or $59.00 / year for Ailin PRO, and $14.99 / month or $89.00 / year for Ailin PRO+. Prices vary by country, region, currency and taxes; the price and billing period shown by Apple on the purchase screen are the ones that apply to your purchase. See what each plan includes.

Privacy requests

Ailin does not require an account or run advertising. Progress and preferences stay on your device. Limited pseudonymous product analytics can be disabled in Settings, which also resets the analytics identifier. Local information can be cleared using the app's reset controls or by deleting the app.

For any other privacy request — access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawing consent — email support@ailinlabs.com and describe your request and your country or region. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Ailin has no account, no sign-in and no server. Everything runs on your device.

Does Ailin work offline?

Yes for the content itself — cards, tools, practices and bundled audio are included in the app. An internet connection is needed only for App Store purchases, restoring purchases, and opening external links such as this website.

Which languages are supported?

English and Russian. Spanish is partially available and falls back to English where a translation is not yet complete.

What is the minimum age?

Ailin is intended for users aged 16 and older. If you are at least 16 but not yet of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian should review the Terms of Use and be involved in your use of the app.

Are notifications sent?

No. Ailin does not send remote push notifications and has no streaks, counters or reminders to keep up with. Missing a day breaks nothing.

What does the SOS button do?

It opens a guided self-support session inside the app. It does not contact emergency services, assess danger, monitor you or alert anyone else. Free SOS audio is available without a purchase.

Which iOS versions are supported?

iOS 17.0 and later, on iPhone.
