Find the sentence that won’t leave you alone

Anxiety rarely comes with a neat label. It usually sounds like one specific thought: “What if something happens to me?” “Why am I scared again?” “What if I lose control?” That’s why Ailin organizes thoughts around real-life situations and fears.

Selected thought

“My blood pressure will spike—and I’ll have a stroke”

Sometimes it starts with a single sensation: your heart beats faster, or you feel tense, weak, or dizzy. Ailin helps you see the whole chain that follows.

  1. 01
    A frightening conclusion

Anxiety quickly connects the sensation to danger: “My blood pressure is rising. I could have a stroke.”

  2. 02
    Trying to be certain

You check your blood pressure, scan your body, search for symptoms, or ask someone to reassure you.

  3. 03
    The cycle starts again

The relief is temporary. The next unfamiliar sensation feels dangerous again, and Ailin offers one small step to try instead of another check.

Support for different moments

Sometimes you want to understand one specific thought. Sometimes reading feels hard, and listening to a calm voice feels easier. At night, you may simply need a steady sound that gives you room to rest.

Ailin has four main sections for those moments.

01

Thought Cards

Find the situation that feels most like yours

Open any thought in a short format or go deeper: see what is happening, what intensifies the anxiety, and how you might respond differently over time.

02

Understanding

Connect separate experiences into one clear picture

These materials explain panic, the anxiety system, intrusive thoughts, body sensations, checking, avoidance, and other patterns—step by step, with examples that are easy to follow.

03

SOS and Practices

When reading feels hard, you can listen instead

SOS helps you get through an especially difficult wave, while four short practices offer one manageable step.

  • Soft Exhale
  • Present Moment
  • Let the Thought Finish
  • One Small Step

You can pause any practice at any time and come back to it later.

Sleep

When your body is tired but your mind won’t stop

Choose nature sounds, quiet music, or a guided sleep session.

This is a separate space for nighttime. There’s nothing to analyze and no right way to do it—just choose a sound and give yourself room to rest.

From the basics to deeper experiences

Start with what matters to you right now

You don’t need to go through everything at once. Start with one thought, one sensation, or one explanation that fits what is happening today.

01

Basic

Start making sense of what’s happening

The Basic level introduces panic attacks, the anxiety system, intrusive thoughts, and body sensations.

It helps you understand what can happen to your body and attention during anxiety, why sensations can become so noticeable, and how one frightening thought can trigger an entire wave.

A starting point if you’re not yet sure what’s happening or where to begin.
02

Ailin PRO

See why anxiety keeps coming back

PRO moves beyond “What is happening to me right now?” and also helps answer “Why does this keep happening?”

When fear hits, you may check your pulse or blood pressure, search for symptoms, ask for reassurance, avoid certain places, or rearrange your plans around possible danger.

Those actions may bring short-term relief. But the next thought, situation, or sensation can start the familiar cycle all over again.

PRO helps you recognize this pattern in your own life, understand the role of checking and avoidance, and see the connection between brief relief and the next wave of anxiety.

PRO isn’t simply more content. It helps connect separate reactions and habits into one clear picture.
03

Ailin PRO+

Make sense of thoughts and feelings that are frightening simply because they appeared

Sometimes the fear is no longer only about an outside situation or a sensation in your body. You may feel frightened by the content of your own thoughts, a sense of unreality, the fear of losing yourself, or by the question: “What if I stay this way forever?”

This includes fear of your own thoughts, unreality / DP/DR, and other deeper themes that can be hard to put into words—even to yourself.

PRO+ helps you break the experience into understandable parts: the thought itself, the meaning anxiety attaches to it, and the fear behind the conclusions you draw about yourself or the future.

It gives you words and structure for something that once felt like one big, hard-to-name threat.

Why I built Ailin

It started during a time when I was barely stopping to rest

In 2019–2020, I had a heavy workload and several projects going at once. I worked around the clock, barely rested, and kept telling myself I just needed to push through a little longer.

After living with that level of stress for so long, my sleep started to fall apart. Then the panic attacks began.

If my heart started beating faster or I noticed an unfamiliar sensation, these thoughts would hit:

“What if my blood pressure goes up?”“What if this is a heart attack?”

I went to different doctors and specialists and went through treatment, including time in clinics. But one thing was still missing: someone who could calmly walk me through the whole picture and help me understand what was happening.

At the time, I would have paid anything for a clear explanation—and not to be left alone with the next frightening sensation.

That’s why I created Ailin—the app I wish I’d had then.
